Dialogue exhibition
Among the programmes of Budapest Design Week 2022, the Miksa Róth Memorial House
and Collection will feature as a space of encounters. Works by contemporary interior
designers and design artists will be exhibited alongside objects of classical applied art.
Miksa Róth's former building designs and the treasures of art history held in the museum's
storerooms will be exhibited to engage in a dialogue with design and interior objects relevant
to the 21st century. During the weekend, the former home of Miksa Róth and his family will
accommodate contemporary objects in wood, metal and ceramics, allowing them to dialogue
with the objects of the institution, which will debut as a new exhibition for the public.
