Office History Through Design – Lecture

The discussion “The Design of Work” focuses on the questions around designing work environments. It addresses the factors to consider when planning office spaces, the challenges faced by small, medium, and large companies, how to make home office or on-site workstations ergonomic and liveable, and what support professionals can provide. Participants review different types of work environments, their advantages and disadvantages, and explore the possibilities. The lecture also touches on well-being in the office, its relevance, and the latest trends and phenomena. It examines responses to the rapidly changing office life and potential long-term solutions. The session features leading design and space planning professionals with experience in thousands of projects. The discussion is led by Ottó Feuertag, founder and owner of Europa Design, who debates office design evolution with architects and interior designers, using the ED building as an example.

About the Organiser:
