Quiet Transitions – Design as Inner Architecture: Realigning Life and Work

This roundtable discussion addresses one of the most pressing questions of our time: how can we create a transition from the fast pace of the metropolis towards a more sustainable and human-centered future?

Participants will explore the comprehensive role of design not only in objects, but also in shaping life structures, communities, and everyday rhythms. The conversation will touch on the principles of slow living and silent culture, ways of managing digital overload, and how design can serve as a tool for organizing our daily lives more consciously.
