Life planning is not just a list of goals and tasks, but a living, flexible compass to help you find your place in the world. Often we get exhausted in our to-do lists, rarely stopping to think about what really gives meaning and rhythm to our daily lives. This workshop offers a new perspective on how to approach life through a design approach, not as a plan that can be locked away, but as a malleable, constantly evolving process.
At the heart of the programme is visioning, exploring personal values and re-aligning life rhythms. Participants will map their values and resources, reflect on the rhythm that supports them in their daily lives, and record this in a visual, tangible form – a personal vision book.
The aim of the workshop is not to set out a rigid life path, but to create an inspiring tool to help you see more clearly, stay focused and build a more conscious future.
