Where Form Takes Shape – Mandala Painting, Meditation, and Handpan Reformer Pilates

Mandalavarázs – Mandala Painting and Meditation: an inner journey through colours and silence. During Mandalavarázs, participants connect with their inner world through guided meditation and intuitive mandala painting. The goal is not to create something “beautiful”, but to encourage self-expression and self-discovery, as colours and patterns emerge from the heart. Through imagined forms and colours, the artwork takes shape.
The Body as a Sound Space – Handpan Reformer Pilates: a unique mind–body programme where the precise movements of reformer pilates are supported by the vibrations of the handpan. The body’s physical awareness harmonises with the vibrations of sound, allowing participants to experience deep physical and mental renewal. The changes felt in the body are a tangible manifestation of effective movement.

About the Organiser:
Andrea Bujdosó, founder of Hartazur Experiential Coaching, believes that genuine growth happens through experiences and that the colours and forms within us help us connect more closely with ourselves. Through Hartazur Experiential Coaching, participants can reconnect with their body and mind, exploring colours and images. Andrea Bujdosó graduated in 1995 from Eszterházy Károly College in Art and Geography, then earned a design degree in England, specialising in theatre costume, set, and prop design. She has worked in theatre and film, creating costumes, props, and sets. Later, she studied jewellery design and, in France, designed, painted, and exhibited clothing. After having children, she also qualified as a Life & Art coach and a handpan therapist.
