The overwhelming dominance of visual stimuli is a hallmark of our era, yet this exhibition invites visitors to pause for a moment and focus not on sight, but on touch and tactile experience. Jewellery, as one of our most personal objects, communicates about us and with us when worn directly on the body. The exhibition aims to bring to the surface the subtle details behind visual appearances: small forms, textures, sounds, and materials, each carrying its own meaning. For fifteen years, the Kézzelfogható Foundation has been working to make artistic experiences accessible to visually impaired people. At the Deák17 Gallery, the exhibition showcases the works of Mana Classes contemporary jewellery designers in a tactile form, offering an opportunity for art to be experienced sensorially.
