Budapest’s hotel market has flourished in recent years, with significant contributions from the interior design studio este’r partners. During this year’s Design Week, the designers offer participants the chance to visit three new hotels, guided by interior architects. The walk begins at the beautiful historic palace on Andrássy Avenue, Hotel Oktogon, and continues, guided by the designers, to the former telephone exchange at Szervita Square, now the lively Emerald Hotel. The final stop is the newly opened TRIBE Airport Hotel, redesigned according to the visions of an international design team and their Hungarian partners, including este’r partners. The walk concludes at the hotel’s sky bar with a toast, between earth and sky.
