KJU•TEE is an innovative emergency alert jewellery prototype, designed specifically for young girls and women. Its goal is to provide a sense of security in a discreet accessory that fits everyday wear: understated yet effective. The jewellery can discreetly send an emergency message with a single action. As part of Design Week, the first working prototype will be presented, offering an opportunity to gauge interest and gather feedback on the design and its use. The programme also focuses on networking, which supports further development. At the pop-up stand, visitors can try the jewellery and its alert function, and pre-design their own model, which can be ordered once the brand begins sales.

About the Organiser:
According to Júlia Aranyos, founder of KJU•TEE, safety is a fundamental need, especially today when young girls and women often feel vulnerable in everyday life. From this idea, the brand’s first prototype was created: a discreet, stylish emergency alert jewellery piece that notifies loved ones with a single press. As a mother of two daughters, her aim is to make women’s sense of security a natural part of everyday life rather than a compromise. She is developing a jewellery brand that women will enjoy wearing in daily life, at work, concerts, or even business dinners. A key design consideration is that the jewellery functions not only as a technical device but also as a wearable design. The project utilises her previous technological expertise.
