Beyond Ourselves – Personal Object, Shared Cause – Creative Afternoon with Multifelt
Dates
2025.10.14 17:00 - 18:30
The material-focused workshop Beyond Ourselves will take place on Sunday, 19 October 2025, at 2.00 PM in Veszprém, at the Multifelt Factory building. As part of Budapest Design Week, participants can create simple, functional, and meaningful objects using Multifelt’s own wool felts, while supporting a charitable cause. The handmade items will be donated at the end of the session. The workshop highlights the human-centred nature of the material and explores the intersection of craft techniques and the social role of design. Wool felt, as a natural and recyclable material, bridges the values of tradition and contemporary visual culture. Participants can engage in hands-on work with the material and experience the communal joy of collaborative creation.
