RaD Fashion Festival – Workshop and Roundtable Discussion

Location:

Budapest, Larus Rendezvényközpont – 1124 Budapest, Csörsz utca 18/B

Dates

2025.10.19 10:00 - 18:00

This hybrid event introduces visitors to Hungarian brands and initiatives focusing on sustainability, with opportunities for shopping – whether second-hand or for charitable purposes. Participants can also take part in workshops, experiencing the joy of hands-on creation or gaining valuable knowledge. Roundtable discussions will feature experts and opinion leaders speaking not only about fashion, but also psychology, the circular economy, wellness, and interior design – all viewed from the perspective of the soul. This year’s festival is built around the concept and headline “Just Enough”, the title of Zsófi Mautner’s TEDx talk in November 2024. Instead of overconsumption, the focus is on quality and meaningful things – whether in food, human connections, or fashion. The programme is ultimately about connection.

About the Organiser:
Rózsa Dobozy (Lakásbutik, RaD), Anita Korn (Ruhastory), and Eszter Mengyán (Holy Duck Blog) share a mission: to make conscious choices in both fashion and interior design accessible to as many people in Hungary as possible, regardless of budget or style. To this end, Rózsa founded the RaD movement, which Anita and Eszter later joined. Rózsa Dobozy is a communications expert, TEDx speaker, and founder of the RaD movement (Fashion/Home/Kids) and the Lakásbutik pre-loved pop-up. Anita Korn, founder of Ruhastory, is an arts and design manager, creative producer, and TEDx speaker, with 16.7k followers on Instagram. Eszter Mengyán is the author of the book Hello, Slow Fashion!, as well as a coach, style consultant, TEDx speaker, and author of the Holy Duck blog, with 18.6k followers on Instagram and 13k on Facebook. All three are committed to sustainable fashion, conscious living, and leading by example.
